I'm just starting year three of a solo, off-line franchise, and suddenly trades are no longer processing. I've had this happen twice.

In both instances, with two different computer controlled teams, the computer controlled team accepted a trade and then it wouldn't process properly.

Trade 1:

I sent several draft picks and $1,000,000 in cash for a high first round draft pick.

Trade 2:

I sent a four players and a couple draft picks in exchange for a high first round draft pick and $20,000,000 in cash.

In both instances the cash changed hands. I had $1,000,000 deducted from my cash in trade 1 and received the $20,000,000 added in trade 2. In trade 1 my draft picks were transferred to the computer controlled team but their pick was not transferred to me. In trade 2 none of the draft picks changed hands. In trade 2 none of the players changed hands.

Also, my budget dropped substantially going into the third year. I have the "Make All Revenue Available" turned on. I finished year 2 with around $8,000,000 in cash and around $192,000,000 in revenue. My year 3 projected revenue is projected at $162,000,000 with a payroll of $128,500,000 and staff expenses of around $25,000,000 but my budget is set at $128,000,000.

Everything was running fine until the offseason between years 2 and 3 and then suddenly everything went haywire.
