As I said, I don't think it is a lot of work...read your player personalities...in my experience it's pretty obvious.
I guess the real question for me is this more flavor text or how big is the actual impact to the players/team.
Then it becomes a question of should 1 disruptive player be able to bring down a team or impact it's performance to the extent that it's notable?
I would hope more often then not it takes a few bad personality guys to warrant a report of bad team chemistry.
