I bet it's Hernandez...or perhaps a combo.
My money is on removing Hernandez...simming for a while and then checking the clubhouse chemistry again. If it doesn't change then look at your two relievers.
In my experience thus far if you read the player personality blurb it's pretty easy to weed out the troublemaker(s).
