Very good points. We have a relatively young team, and I'm loathe to resign aging vets to large extensions typically. So a hard assed veteran manager probably isn't a bad idea. Another layer to consider when shopping for a manager. Great addition for immersion in this version! As opposed to just sorting and hiring the guy with the most Legendary reps.

Well, I sent Hernandez down, and now all of our players are "upset that outspoken players are dragging the team down". W.T.F.

I have 2 relievers that "will always speak his mind". Leadership is low for the 24 yr old and normal for the other one, a 28 yr old.

I also have a 28 yr old OF w/ normal leadership that "has no filter for his comments". Sounds more ominous.
