I just don't know what to do about this, or at least find out who is causing the bickering. Again, I'm GM only; maybe I need more managerial control to address this, but I'm not sure why I'd be getting these emails from players asking me to do something about this. |
I play as GM only also, and I just use the BNN to check leadership qualities. Tbh, I'm not 100% certain it has a substantial affect on clubhouse fights, but I have noticed my assistant GM has gone out of his way to praise my clubhouse leaders with email updates.
Dyzalot might be correct too, and you may have the wrong type of coaching personality for your team.
I'm pretty interested in this thread since it's the first time I've seen clubhouse negativity become an issue, and I'm curious to know what we as players need to do to influence better behavior.
