Uhm... have you guys never come across rar files in your lives?
You have to extract the files and move it to corresponding folders. It's described in the first post. You extract by clicking on one or multiple files with your mouse (press Ctrl + A to mark all files) and then you drag & drop the files with your mouse into the folder.
