The Maelstrom duo, Shannon Dugan and Shane Orr, on the other hand are also spectacular. They are able to run live sims that have personality and a good amount of attendance. Perhaps most of all though, they give the league personality through the running of a college league, introduction of legends, a tournament for non-playoff teams, and again, the live sims.
There is a reason that these two leagues have become two of the most respected leagues in the OOTP On-line League universe and that reason is the three guys mentioned above.

Use of the term "on the other hand" generally implies counterpoints to a previous point, or effectively the opposite of what you've just said. So saying "on the other hand, they're spectacular" implies that Scott is less than spectacular.
Just thought I'd be a pain in the ass about that.
