Me and my friend started a 2 person league for fun. However, we are having an issue. I, the non-commish, cannot initiate a trade. Keeps telling me "I'm not the commish". He says he's turned ability for me to inititate trades on, and I download the .lg file with it set that way, but it's still not allowing me to initiate trades.

Can anybody help?
