Thanks for the quick reply Matt.

I looked at the scouting report of some of the international free agents, but never made an offer to the player that e-mail me.

As I played a bit more, even more guys are e-mailing me acting as if they were in my system and wondering why I'm only offering minor league deals with no bonus.

The only common factor that I can think of with all these players is that I looked at their scouting reports. I offered one guy a contract which the owner refused to approve, but it was only the one guy I did that with and I have got multiple players making the same complaint.

When I get home tonight, I'll run another league with me as GM of a team and play the season through to that point. I won't even look at the International Free Agent pool and see if I get the same messages as we progress through the signings.
