I'm not 100% sure I understand what you're asking, but if I'm reading it right, when you go into Team options, you can type the city name on the left somewhere there (I don't have the game in front of me so I can't give precise directions), and when you do that the area directly below it should become a drop down menu that will let you pick from any Las Vegas in the game, so you'd just choose the one in Nevada. I have a team in Las Vegas in the fictional league I'm creating and it defaulted to Nevada, but when I had a team with the first name Georgia, it put it in Georgia, OH, and I needed to use that area to relocate them to the state of Georgia.
