It's June in this league. A short-season rookie league team (in the Appalachian League) has somehow ended up with no players on its roster. Though this team has nothing to do with mine, the season won't advance because this Appalachian League team has an illegal roster.

I fixed this by going into Commissioner Mode, going to the empty team's Rosters and Transactions area, and selecting Available Actions and "Fill team with fictional players." Even though the team had no money, it let me populate the roster with half-star-rated players.
