Both have regressed, but for me Pacquiao's effectiveness has diminished more so due to the physical demands of his particular style.

I think Money would have edged out the roided out Manny of 2009 ... but he will easily beat the Manny who hasn't knocked anyone out since ... 11 rounds to 1 but it will probably be a split decision just so they can do it again
