1) I don't think any comp picks end up in game for the first year. Don't recall exactly why.
2) Could be any number of things, some of which you probably have no control over. Those guys, either skip them or be ready to spend some serious cash. (Personally, I skip them, unless their demand is $0 and they fall to the 6th round, in which case they can't say no).
