I have an issue where on the minor league teams, the AI seems to be using random pitchers as starters. Despite only having 5 pitchers listed as SP's, the AI is using RP's to start games. For example, at AAA Pawtucket my SP's are:
Brian Johnson (appeared in 8 games - 0 starts)
Henry Owens (appeared in 10 games - 1 start)
Eduardo Rodriguez (appeared in 15 games - 0 starts)
Edwin Escobar (appeared in 11 games - 0 starts)
Joe Kelly (appeared in 12 games - 0 starts)
There is no logical reason that these players shouldn't be starting games. Out of the relievers on this team, a bunch of them have 3-10 games started. For example, Dalier Hinojosa has appear in 29 games and started 5. He's a reliever and shouldn't be starting any games.
