Almost all the major league trainers have these two issues:
1) They do not have their preference set to trainer, so you don't see them in a search.
2) Their prevention ratings are all at zero. This latter is also true most of the trainers in the game.
Also, it seems odd that the best scouts in the world are all Taiwanese...
