The screenshot shows this error as well. Note that I'm getting a file from ootpmods' server in the screenshot. (The shot is partially set-up; I did it with the generic logos by accident and I recreated it with the historical ballparks on purpose here.) It does exist on the server, but because I've deleted it locally before, I can't re-download it through OOTP.

Delete the add-ons.dat file in your add-ons folder. This should fix that.
