Martin Perez should have a team option for 2019 with a $750K buyout. He should technically have one for 2018 as well but I know the game can only do two years.
The following players are listed in the game with MLB contracts but should only be on minor league contracts:
Kyle Blanks (if he makes the club his salary is $1M)
Elliot Johnson (if he makes the club his salary is $900K)
Ryan Ludwick (if he makes the club his salary is $1.75M)
Ross Ohlendorf
Nate Schierholtz (if he makes the club his salary is $1.75M)
Jamey Wright (if he makes the club his salary is $1M)
Other Stuff
Delino DeShields Jr. is on a minor league contract in the game. He was a rule 5 pick from the Astros so he'd have to be on a MLB contract and in the majors. He's on the minimum salary for 2015.
Atlanta released Tyler Pastornicky and he was signed by the Rangers on a minor league deal (3/22/15)

Yovani Gallardo = fixed
Matt Harrison = Unless Markus or Andreas or someone who has the access to change that, you're best off doing it yourself in game, sorry about that.
Regarding the guys on minor league deals with guarantees of major deals if they make the big league team. That's a Markus or Andreas job, if they're able to do it like Harrison the best thing to do is to do it yourself, again sorry about that.
I may be wrong with this so I'll stand corrected if someone else says different. But with Delino DeShields Jr, when you start a new game I don't think anyone selected in the 2014 rule 5 draft is counted in game as a rule 5 draftee.
Tyler Pastornicky - He's been changed, although not sure he made it in to today's build as a Rangers player. If he hasn't he'll be in the FA pool.
Once again thanks for these, sorry I couldn't 'fix' more of the issues you brought up.
