DAY 4 - Oct. 1, 2015

AEROS COME ROARING BACK
ARLINGTON, TX - A team meeting that reportedly took two hours, must've been the inspiration that gave the Tokyo Aeros all the motivation they needed. In danger of being swept in the club's first ever playoff series, the Aeros slammed the Texas Rangers 12-0, recording 21 hits and only giving up 4 en route to victory.

Max Roswell facing his old club, in his old stadium was inspired, striking out ten in eight innings. Even weirder, was the fact that no one on the Tokyo club hit a homer in the game. "This was a National League offensive effort. We just played hit and run baseball. I'm happy this team came out to play for me tonight," said Manager Jesse Barfield, who knew the writing was on the wall, if the club were to get swept.

Lineup changes are credited with giving the team the push to victory, mainly through a change in the batting order. "I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner," said Barfield, who had routinely allowed his coaches to make recommendations, rather than go with his own judgement. It's resulted in giving the team, a shread of hope that it can come back in this series.

Jaron Kelding had 2 RBI, Michael Garciaparra and Andy D'Alessio both had 2 doubles in the Aeros victory.
