How about this:
Graphic Mods (logo sets, face packs, stadiums)
Utilities (Cato, Stickware, Pierre's stuff)
Mod Requests (Requests for logos, stadiums, ideas for utilities)
Mod Announcements (all mods, but for announcements only, so that they don't have to get bumped)
