Here is how I did it (hope I remember it all
) This is for PC not MAC and there is probably an easier way! Make sure OOTP 16 is NOT open.
Go into this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 16\default_data
Copy the baseball_card_files on to your desktop (WinRAR archive)
Open that file up with WinRAR or whatever you use and extract the bb_cards folder to your desktop
Now go here: C:\Users\YOURID\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 16\bb_cards\templates
Delete the ootp16 folder and then go back into the bb_cards folder you extracted to the desktop and open it and copy the ootp16 folder and paste it back into the templates folder (the one above where you just deleted it from)
Now go here: C:\Users\YOURID\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 16\saved_games\YOURLEAGUE.lg\news\html\images\hof
Delete everything in this folder (keep the folder, just delete the bb cards inside of it)
Open OOTP 16 back up and go into the league history -> HOF and it should regenerate all the HOF pictures, this time with the plaques, like shown below.
