Ok, I found out how I corrupted some of my uniforms. The game came shipped with no differences between the duplicate name teams like New York, Chicago and LA. And when you play the game, many times you have no idea which team they are talking about so I like to rename those teams:

New York (A), New York (N), Chicago (a), Chicago (N), Los Angeles (A) and Los Angeles (N).

This corrupted all their logos and uniforms so I had to reload them manually from the all in-one file.

PITA but worth the trouble since then I can see which team is which sometimes when they are talking about them.
