The Rockies minor league system is an abomination. The lowest system ranking i've seen from any service this year slots them at 15th. The lowest ranking I've seen for Jonathan Gray is the 24th best prospect in all of baseball or the 8th best pitching prospect.
With scouting turned to perfect, the Rockies rank 28th and Gray doesn't even hit the top 100 prospect list. He starts off in A ball. Being a Rockies fan is a souless existence as it is. The least you could do is give the kids decent ratings. (I'll be going through tomorrow and editing a group of them. They are going to get the system ranking they average from the top services. . . somewhere around 12th.
