PECOTA may be a very good system, but it has Hamels wrong.

PECOTA projects the year ahead, not looking at a player's future career value. Lester had a better 2014 than hamels so he will be better in the projections.
Also, whoever said they had scouting on high - you need it on 100% accurate of OFF. Could still be very inaccurate when on high.
