Nope, it easy as pie. If you only want to import specific players, create a .txt file with the players
lahmanid,year. When you got all the players you want entered in the .txt file, import them into ootp using the import from .txt file feature.
You can start a real historical season in any year of your choice and just set the options to auto import players in their debut yr. and ootp will handle the rest.
