Exactly. OK, I'll explain
League X has 2 subleagues, a north and a south.
I would like to expand League X by 16 teams. 8 new south, 8 new north.
All these teams are part of a pro/rel league. The 16 teams to add would be a lower league; the 16 existing would be a higher league.
So in order to keep the pro/rel as part of the league:
Each division plays 84 games within its division (12 X 7).
The top 8 in the north would play 32 games (4 X 8) vs the top 8 in the south; the bottom 8 in the north would play 32 games (4 X 8) vs the bottom 8 in the south.
Total of 116 games.
