May I suggest you name one team the Canadians? Many French-Canadians migrated to New England at the end of the 19th century up to then 1930s. In many places, more the half the population was French-Canadian, like Woonsocket, and in other places, they accounted for the third or more of the population, like Manchester, Nashua, Fall River.
You could even have the Woonsocket Naps to honor Napoleon Lajoie (like Cleveland did).
Anyway, I'm following this project of yours very closely, since I live just across the border, and I often travel to Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. I can't wait to see what you'll come up with. I know it's gonna be amazing!
