4-2 in the last week - but just not enough. Would have been nice to have had Ferriss in one of those games - but it wasn't to be.
It's going to be a heck of a Series - I somehow doubt we'll see the 19-12 games that were featured in the '48 series. Cards are solid - but the Yanks have the best pitching staff I've seen since the '46 Cards...
