Do you plan on making the overall ratings based on how well they fit in a certain system? (Like they do in Madden for a couple of years now) So pass rushing OLB won't be signed by a 4-3 defense unless they change them to DE and no NT gets signed by a Team running a 4-3. It would make the game more realistic that way if ratings are based on systems
