Part of the problem with Steam reviews is that it really only takes a handful of bad reviews to really pull a game down (especially when FHM only has 62 reviews). I think the overwhelming sentiment in the "Not Recommended" comments is that anyone interested should "wait till next year" because: A) the game wasn't quite ready for prime-time; and B) it was made by OOTP and it's being compared to the baseball game. The former is, I think, a fair criticism, but the latter is not.
