He will get to 600 and there will be a huge uproar when he gets his bonus. But another 120+ is out of the question I think.
I am hearing good things about him in that he is in excellent shape for his age. But so little playing time combined with his age and combined with the Yankees front office hating him will ensure he has a minimal impact.
If I had to guess, I would say he has about 30 more HR in him for the rest of his career however long that might be.
I think the Yankees truly want to see what they can get out of him this year and if he plays terribly the they will bury him on the depth chart of just cut him.
There is no possible way they get 60 million worth of value out of him, but with the state of their team, they want to try and at least see if something is still there.
