The fans of the Orioles saw another steady month from their team as they saw the AL pennant passed on to the Philadelphia Athletics.The team picked up a 6-3 month to leave them, just, in third place in the AL 7.5 games behind the Champion Athletics.

The team had another solid month with the bat as they scored 56 runs. The best of the batting came in the form of Short Stop George Wright. Wright played all 9 games and collected 17 hits from 41 at bats. This gave him an average of .415 along with 8 runs and 7 RBI's.

The pitching of Cherokee Fisher was fairly solid again during the month. He started 8 games with 71 innings pitched. This saw him give away 69 hits and 25 earned runs for an ERA of 3.17. The team gave up a total of 57 runs during the month.
