Chris Batton 1976
Hidden in there in the Topps Vault post for today, Chris Batton, whose pitching career with the '76 A's spanned exactly 19 batters (three walks, three singles, a double, a homer).
He was the second part of the six-for-three trade the depleted A's made during spring training 1977, going with Phil Garner and Tommy Helms for Doc Medich and what proved to be a truly good batch of prospects (Tony Armas, Doug Bair, Rick Langford, and Mitchell Page).
