I know I quit and restarted a couple of games because the "load" wasn't happening and the game would C.T.D. - I found it was me causing the crash by not closing the game properly (laptop closed lid sends computer to standby mode and game can't handle that.) and I just chalked it up, because I like the game. Not saying that's what is your problem - I just am surprised the developers/staff/moderators didn't return or answer any of your posts - definitely unlike them.
