I didnt see your post about the crash - is it one of the Mac problems?
Ref to the 10 min penalties, I once saw the head coach get a 10 minute bench misconduct and ejected, but I can only recall a player getting a misconduct after something like a fight or scrum and usually there is at least a minor for roughing/unsportsmanlike/slashing tacked on the call so someone has to go to the sin bin... my memory is fatally flawed, but I really can't remember just a 10 min misconduct by itself.
