Some Questions

Pretty excited about your game.
Just a bunch of questions:

General:
- Will the players and coaches ability and potential change in every startet league? So you don't just draft or hire the same people and everytime, you got to scout everyone. At least a a certain level. For example, in one league Derek Carr becomes a great player and in the other he will stay medicore (depending on coachig, playingtime, injuries and system).
- How much is player experience worth. I would like if it was pretty important and you need so old veterans to let your team function. Maybe even let a veteran teach a rookie in special moments (Veteran QB teaches rookie)
- Are the coaching profiles for a.i. coaches. (Great defense, hoards pick,...)
- I would think it would be great if you could implement a certain stategy and preferred player types (Running Football Team, physical CB's) And you assistens give you matching advice while drafing or free agentcy. And can you also set playing strategies (Bumpcoverage, mostly man-to-man, heavy blitzing, tampa 2)
- Are there going to be player preferences in free agentcy besides money like playing time, team success, hometown, familiar players or coaches?

Draft:
- I would really like a heavy emphasis on the drafting process. It would be important for me to see people shooting up the draft board because of a great combine, see Qbs getting overdraftet, "runs" on certain positions, realistic trading.
-Players going back to college for another year. Transfering.
- And a great thing would be at last basic report about most big-school, division 1 players like you could find anywhere on the internet for most players.

Practice:
- Can you set up a workfocus for your team or an individual Player? Like playbook/gameplan - film studies. So in training cap and the first few weeks of the season you put your empahsis on lerning the playbook, signals and system, while later in the season your players work more on individual preperation for a certain game.
-Do your assistants give you advice for certain players? So they tell you, the your small DE should be convertet into a 3-4 pass rusher?
Or your big CB sould try playing safety? And will it take time to transfer for a 4-3 LB into an 3-4 playing scheme)
Can you implement deeper stats. For example the Qb it 11/17 but 0/4 on +15-yard-throws, 2 deflectet, 2 incomplete.

Gameplan:
Can you give special instructions for certain opposing players? Like you let your DC call plays but you tell him to always cover Dez Bryant Over/Under?
Can your assistent coaches give you certain advice and reviews for gameplaning or playcalling and do they follow their own advice? For example if you play against a team with bad safetys you use deep routes, combinations and double moves.

A.I.:
- Will the A.I. be going for your weakness? For example if your great LT gets injured and is out for the game, will they pick on the replacement?
Or if your Qb is a Alex Smith, they play with less deep coverage.
- Are the going to change their playcalling, if it isn't working? So they stop to run, if their RB gains no yards. Or sub him out for a certain time.

Psycological:
- Will there be psycological effects on the players. Like will heavy blitzing affect a medicore rookie qb later in the game. Or bad plays in cruch-time? Drops?
- Is chemistry going to be important? Like inside your lockerroom, between your center and qb, inside your o-line (if a line plays together for a few years they know each other and get play better), between qb and rb/wr.
- Do you plan on implementing players personalities?

And last but not least:
- I would really love if you could implement positiv or negativ traits for players and coaches. Mabye some open or hidden, some trainable, some steady or gained with experience or bad play. Like "no good deep ball" (Alex Smith); "first read, tuck and run" (Colin Kaepernick); "bad footwork" (Blake Bortles) "bites on double-move" (for DBs); "David-Carr-Trait" (Sees blitzes and gets burned after playing behind a deep offense line)
