Yeah. I'm fairly new to it, but with Justafan's kick ass logo/jersey/ball cap programs creating teams is easy. Then you have all the resources on this site from those that have played and experimented with the customization side and it's really amazing what you can accomplish. Look in the dynasty section at Eugene Church's Islandian Pro Alliance or some of the other kick ass game worlds that have been created.
