Mike Scott did have an incredible season. I was paying close attention to the Brewers all season, so i did notice he kept winning. His record this year was 28-7, 319 innings pitched, 17 complete games, 4 shutouts!
The all time record is 36 wins by Cy Young set in 1892.
The modern day record(season i actually played out) belongs to former White Sox star Eishiro Yoshie, who went 34-2 during the
1950 season.
I should go over the modern day single season win totals in the offseason.
