A trading issue and draft issue

you can get any minor league reliever for $1,000,000 and a 21/21 rated batter on a scale of 80. It needs to be much tougher to get a top rated reliever than that. I can get an 20(current)/80(potential reliever for a 21/21 batter and $1,000,000.

On the draft there is still the issue where if there are a lot of compensation free agents then someone who did not sign there previous 1st round pick losses it. For example, the Giants have the 30th pick in the draft this year but does not sign him. Next year they should have the 31st pick, however there are 4 free agents signings that are compensation type Free Agents. Picks 1-26 are there but the Giants would lose that 31st pick instead of moving up to the 27th pick.

one more trading issue, if possible the teams need to consider the balloon payments in salary a few years down the line. For example, I can sign a free agent for 8 million a year for four years and the last six years for 47 million a year. I have no problem trading him away in a year or two, (I like to do salary dumps on teams that are my compensation.)
