Hello!

Just picked up FHM14, and I'm looking forward to mismanaging my team to oblivion

I've been looking around the menus, for about 45 minutes trying to find out where I can hire and fire my staff and I can't seem to find it? I figured it would be in the personnel tab where it lists all your employees and unemployed staff, but I don't see any transaction buttons. When I click on the staff, there doesn't seem to be any options to do anything to them, other than look at their stats.

Am I looking in the wrong place, or do I need to select something? Any help would be appreciated!
