I think the GM of a team should be paid. Literally. When I am the GM of a team in OOTP I think Markus & Co. should send me a paycheck based on how my team performs. Now THAT would be a feature!
That would make you think twice before you trade away one of your veterans for that hot new AAA prospect wouldn't it?
