I would love any additional insight into the various player ratings. I think sometimes I just look at ability or potential when making decisions at a macro level, but then I'll look deeper and think that this guy with a 6.5 ability might fit what I want more than someone that is higher.

Any additional information on what you look for or what thet all mean would be greatly appreciated.
