No problem. I wanted to make sure to provide the instructions because some people might prefer to create their own custom names files rather than use Questdog's.
In my case, I created my own ethnicity and name files to create two distinct Hispanic ethnic groups and also add a lot of surnames that were missing from the U.S. and that I configured based on actual census data.
OOTP doesn't include many of the less common English surnames that are actually measurable in the population, and it also does not properly reflect the most common Spanish and Chinese surnames that are sometimes found in combination with English personal names in real life (e.g. Eric Chavez or Bruce Chen).
The bigger issue that I find is with the Hispanic ethnicity, which lumps all Spanish-speaking countries together with the same racial distributions, and this is completely inaccurate. So I maintain two or three Hispanic ethnicity settings based on actual racial and demographic data so that Hispanic players from the U.S. or Mexico have real-life racial distribution that is distinct from places like the Dominican Republic and Venezuela, which are very different.
