I really depends on the size of the file drop box can handle.
You can set up as an online league, including making a commissioner account, yourself and his GM account.
The create a league file through the commissioner portal then put that .tar.gz in dropbox for him.
He will also need the acountsdata_gms.dat file from the settings folder.
For his exports you should be able to use the export file that is created on his end. Hmmm, I wonder when that file is created.
If I can I will look, this has been asked a lot and i am thinking once the league is set up on his computer he can dropbox his export file to you for simming.
It seems like we are going backwards in time from FTP and server leagues to email league.
Maybe I need to go play some AaA via email or drop box. lol
