You have NOT made good on a single one of your promises. The product does not in any way resemble what it is advertised as being. You have repeatedly lied about when updates will be released and what they will contain and when people complain you insult them.
Your response here is a very good example of how not to treat paying customers and I say this as someone running a business myself.
