Here's what I did:

- Copied the names of the players born in the state (Alaska) from BB-ref in the appropriate column.
- Created a VLOOKUP to automatically load the players' debut years in the next column over.
- Since I want these players to be based on the best years of their career, similar to the way Strat-o-Matic creates its Hall of Fame cards, I selected, "Base Potential Ratings on... Peak Seasons of Career". I based Fielding and Pitcher Stamina on "Entire Career" as well.
- After importing the players as free agents, I exported the rosters and imported them into Excel. Then I copied all of the potential ratings, and pasted them over the current ratings. After I re-imported and re-scouted, all of the players were there with their best possible ratings.

Thanks to your tool, importing players was so much easier than literally going on every players' BB-ref page to look up their best season.
Great job and glad to help...vlookup is your best friend!!
I'll be releasing an update to the utility shortly after Christmas. Then it'll be complete up to 2014 rather than it's current 2012
