The way the game pics All-Stars either the AI can pick them for you or you select them after each decade we could select All-Decade Team. If your league goes a long time even an All-Century Team. And even if your league is still 50 years and you move your league to the new version (ootp16) you can still go back and select the all-decade Teams for the previous decades
