This is what I was thinking as well. Well, the first part, anyway. Not the second part.
Since 162-game seasons and 20-year careers are the norm in your league, there is no way anyone with a lifetime WAR under 35, and an OPS+ between 96 and 110, deserves to go to the Hall of Fame. If they did, the real Hall of Fame would include such luminaries as Brady Anderson, B. J. Surhoff, Travis Fryman and Jeff Cirillo.
