You haven't gotten an answer in several days, so I will take a wild guess and then give you advice:
- In these situations, I have noticed that the answer is usually not having properly created the team as a minor league affiliate of your organization.
- Search these forums for this topic. I know I have seen this type of thing discussed before. You may find instructions on how to resolve the issue.
