4 pools of 4 teams (A, B, C, D)

Pools A and B play their games day 1, C/D day 2, back to A/B, etc.

Each team plays the other team in their pool twice, 1 home, 1 away, for a total of 6 games per team.

Games are staggered like the World Cup, games for the first 8 days start at 11 AM, 2 PM, 5 PM, and 8 PM. Games on the final four days are played at 3:30 PM, and 7 PM. On those days, each pool has their games played at the same time, again, like the real World Cup. (IRL this is to avoid two teams playing for a draw or a certain score to ensure advancement, but no teams would do this in OOTP anyway.)

Schedule runs for 12 days, but it can easily be modified for more/less off days, etc.
