The
California Crusaders are currently open and looking for a new GM to lead them moving forward.
They finished in 3rd place with a 78-84 record last year after a four year run atop the Johnson League Pacific Division, and seem headed towards a rebuilding process.
Gabriel Campos is a legitimate ace atop their rotation, he went 11-17 with a 3.67 ERA a year ago, with amazing control.
Offensively, the Crusaders need some attention but with young building blocks such as 22 year old right fielder
Bump Bailey and 24 year old first baseman
Larry Larson appearing ready to break through there is a brighter future on the horizon.
Another top prospect moving through the lower rungs of their minor league system currently is 19 year old right handed starter
Ricardo Diaz, who should team with Campos as a stunning 1-2 punch atop the rotation in a few years.
We're an active, writing-required league. Check the top post of this thread for more details, and if you're interested sign up for the forums and PM me here.
We're halfway through Spring Training so it's a great time to jump on in.
